Shipping policy

Once you place your order, you will be informed of your delivery window either by email or text/Whatsapp as is your indicated preference. You will receive your purchase within 5-7 working days after payment and this is inclusive of processing time.

Our shipping partner BVC E ships is an internationally trusted logistics partner who specializes in shipping fine jewelry to ensure a safe and smooth delivery process. You will receive your purchase in a tamper proof bag with a unique code number that will be shared with you beforehand. The company will not be liable if you accept a parcel without checking the number. Your delivery will only be made to the person whose name is on the billing note. The parcel will be handed over after checking against a government issued photo id. The company bears no liability for misplaced or stolen items once the drop off is authenticated.It is solely the responsibility of the client to ensure a correct mailing address has been supplied and an authorized person is at the receiving end. Unclaimed parcels will be couriered once again at a cost of 500 INR, to be born by the client/purchaser of jewelry.

Deliveries are available to over 10000 pin codes in India. If your pin code is unserviceable we will make a full refund of the amount.

At the moment, we only ship within India at no extra shipping fee and we are unable to offer COD.

Cancellations to your order can be processed within 24 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to info@anganananavaty.com within the stipulated time.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
