We are unable to offer returns and exchanges. All sales are final.
In the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, please write to us immediately at info@angana.nanavaty.com. We request you to please report these within 48 hours of receipt.We will not be liable for any damage to jewellery that is communicated to us after said period has lapsed.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Angana Nanavaty Shroff LLP's website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
